Monday Night Frights is a fortnightly horror film discussion panel

"Hello Peeps & Creeps and Welcome to Fright Club!"

On this weeks episode of MONDAY NIGHT FRIGHTS we head back to Elm Street to talk about the "Final Nightmare" in the franchise, FREDDY'S DEAD. Directed by Rachel Talalay and written by New Line President of Production Michael de Luca, the 6th film in the saga was supposed to be the last time we ever saw Freddy Krueger (thankfully it wasn't) and New Line even held a public funeral for the Springwood Slasher which was attended by former cast members from previous films. It's safe to say that Freddy's Dead is not our favourite film in the series but we do have a bit of fun breaking it down. Enjoy!
